Our Working Methodology

Before starting, We carefully analyze the problem, consider the organization’s culture and staff capabilities, and review past consulting projects. During work, apply scientific principles to build a practical administrative system, with with top management collaboration, analyze existing data, and continuously refine implementation. Afterward, measure effectiveness, report on management’s adoption, and train employees for optimal use.

Before starting work:

1. Careful analysis of the problem/s to be solved or the business needs to be achieved.

2. Taking into account the organizational culture, the capabilities and potential of the staff, and the extent of their sincerity in their readiness to develop.

3. Study and analyze any previous consulting projects in which the company may have invested before.

During work:

1. Applying and using the correct scientific rules to build the administrative system and the mechanisms and procedures to be followed.

2. Working directly with top management and managers to investigate the construction of a realistic and applicable administrative system/s.

3. Collect and analyze existing data and work on it to avoid designing a theoretical administrative system that has no relation to the company and its circumstances.

4. Continuous developing of project implementation mechanisms to ensure accuracy.

After work:

1. Measure the effectiveness of the system that was built and its achievement of the targeted results.

2. Submit reports to top management regarding managers and the extent of their understanding of the new system and their willingness to cooperate.

3. Train managers and employees on the mechanisms of the system and how to use it effectively.
