Mission

Employees’ Performance Management, which is the main function of HR is not actually being managed by HR departments. It’s managed by line managers who don’t have the science, knowledge, awareness, or tools of Performance Management.
In HR Revolt, our mission is to lead a professional revolt to retrieve back the very essential core function – yet not actualized – of Human Resources Management to the HR practitioners to help them maximize benefits for both of them and their companies alike.

To reclaim our usurped professional right, we firmly intend and insist on intervening—professionally and with utmost seriousness—in the performance management processes of the organizations in which we operate. The reason is self-evident: managing the human resource lies at the very heart of the mission and duty of HR departments!
What prevents HR professionals from taking ownership of performance management is their exclusion—at the very outset—from participating in the planning process, which is in fact one of HR’s primary responsibilities within organizations.
When HR professionals lack the tools that enable them to engage in planning, goal-setting, and the definition of performance indicators, they are, in effect, relinquishing their fundamental right to fulfill their critical and central role in managing this resource

HR Revolt Methodology:

To implement our strategy, HR Revolt focuses on training professionals enrolled in our programs to build their operational strategy. This strategy is founded on the principle of initially engaging their companies’ senior management in the planning process.

All our programs present real-life case studies and actual problems faced by practitioners, subsequently opening discussions on live, practical issues from which participants benefit by analyzing and debating solution approaches.
In our programs, and prior to content delivery, we invite participants to prepare for the training session’s topic and develop miniature research papers through teamwork. This enriches and solidifies concepts in preparation for their discussion in the upcoming training session.
